If you find a lump or swelling in your testicles, or identify any of the signs below it's important to get it checked out by your doctor. Not all lumps are cancer so it's better to ask an expert to put your mind at rest than ignore it.
There are no hard and fast rules about how often you should be checking; the most important thing is to check yourself regularly so that you know your own body, and if you find something unusual act fast.
